Making sure everything works perfectly from the gutters and fascia, right down to the internal door handles and kitchen sink.

Deliverables

Concept Presentation in digital form to communicate the idea and style story.

Designer will accompany client to suppliers to demonstrate all nominated selections.

Preliminary Mood boards.

Final Presentation of physical samples.

Concept boards, consisting of final selections of materials & finishes.

2D/3D perspective drawings will be provided showing materials and finishes selected for kitchen/butlers pantry, bathroom, powder room & laundry.

A schedule of selections with all fixtures and finishes in detail with images will be provided.
